Scope of Work: Recurring Cleaning Service. The aim is to provide a consistent and thorough cleaning experience for all designated areas.

I. Kitchen

– Clean all countertop surfaces.
– Dust and wipe down items on countertops.
– Appliances: Clean the exterior of all major kitchen appliances (refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher). Polish stainless steel
– Spot clean cabinet exteriors as needed.
– Sink Area: Sanitize the sink basin and polish all fixtures.

II. Bathrooms

– Clean and sanitize all bathroom countertop surfaces.
– Sanitize sink basins and polish all fixtures.
– Clean and polish all mirrors.
– Sanitize the toilet (bowl, seat, exterior) and the surrounding floor area.
– Scrub and sanitize the tub and/or shower enclosure. Polish all fixtures.

III. Bedrooms

– Furniture: Dust all furniture surfaces. Polish wood furniture as appropriate.
– Blinds: Dust all blinds.
– Windowsills: Dust all windowsills.
– Doors & Door Frames: Dust all doors and door frames.
– Dust baseboards.

IV. General Throughout Home (Finished Basement, family room, Sunroom, Playroom, Library, Home Theatre)

– Cobwebs: Remove visible cobwebs from accessible areas.
– Ceiling Fans & Light Fixtures: Dust accessible ceiling fans and light fixtures.
– Wall Art: Dust all wall art.
– Dust Baseboards
– Dust all knick-knacks and lamps.
– Empty all trash cans and reline them with new bags (bags to be provided by client).
– Floors: Vacuum all carpeted areas and rugs &mop all hard-surface floors.
